Manly Harbour Pool, Promenade & Pavilion • c1937
Lost Manly Historic Restoration Print
A beautifully restored historic photograph of Manly Harbour Pool during its golden era.
Featuring the iconic promenade, pavilion and diving structures, this artwork captures one of the Northern Beaches’ most treasured landmarks before its destruction in the 1974 Sygna storm.
Carefully restored from an original vintage photograph and gently colourised, this piece preserves the nostalgic atmosphere of 1930s Manly while enhancing clarity and detail for modern display.
The image was later identified and dated to approximately 1937 through comparison with a family photograph taken at the Harbour Pool during the same period.
A timeless piece of Manly history for coastal homes, collectors and lovers of Sydney’s beachside heritage.
