At Lost Manly, our most valued asset is not only our unique Northern Beaches customised Art merchandise, but the longterm relationship we establish with our customers. We aim to build lasting connections based on trust and mutual respect. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we're committed to making it right.
1. Return Policy:

Duration: You have a full 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return for damaged and faulty products, or if there is a problem with the printing. The printer will be held accountable and will offer a replacement at no extra charge and no need to return.
- However, some items cannot be returned because they are customised to your preferences at time of order, therefore for issues with sizing, colour, logo design, because each item was customised to meet your preferences, it will not be refunded, so please choose wisely and reach out to us with questions if in doubt.

Exceptions there are always exceptions and we want your to be happy with your purchase so reach out to us and discuss if there’s a problem and let's work together to find a remedy.

Return Postage will be your responsibility if we agree to refund/replace even when the printer or Lost Manly are not at fault. We'll offer you a 20% discount on another purchase if you decide to gift the wrong size order to a friend or family and we'll cover the postage as well (domestic only).
2. Refund Policy:
- Once we receive your returned product and it meets our return conditions, we'll process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. If that's not possible, we'll arrange a method that's convenient for you.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no cost to you, and you won't need to return it. Just send us photo evidence of the damage/fault with a written explanation.
4. Easy Returns Process:
We've ensured our returns process is as hassle-free as possible:
- Contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide any necessary return labels.
- Once we receive the item, we'll handle the rest.
5. Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange a product, follow our return process and simply place a new order for the item you want.
