We will do our best to provide you with a quality product that is original and unique to our Lost Manly designs. We have worked hard sourcing quality garments to print on and experienced printing companies who will turn our creative art into wearable and sharable products.  We use Australia Post or, at times, Sendle, to ship our products. The packaging is waterproof and tracked and will be shipped within a day or two from ordering, provided the product is available and ready to go. Some items are pre-ordered so will take longer as they are ordered first then sent to the printers for processing and this timing depends on a number of variables. Send us an email if in doubt or with to inquire further.

 

Guarantee and Return

If you wish to return the garment you must do so within 30 days of receipt which is displayed on the tracking receipt. You will not be refunded shipping costs paid at checkout and you must cover the return postage yourself. At this time we are unable to provide you with postage paid packs for returns. Please email us first if you wish to return an item on support@lostmanly.com.au and let us know what the problem is.

Print Sizes

Each print size is stipulated in the product info. Contact us if in doubt. All product of clothing has a sizing chart in the item description which is kept up to date. It is recommended to order one size up so as to avoid any shrinkage or international size chart differences. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order carefully and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard-copy form. Firewalls, 2048 Bit v3 SSL encryption, passwords, anti-virus software and email filters act to protect all our electronic information.

 We do not store credit card information, we securely submit credit card information to our bank for processing. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do. Australia wide and world wide with tracked packaging. Shipping costs are shown at check out. To find out the shipping cost of your order, add items to your cart and go to checkout, and once you enter the info required, it will take you to shipping. There you will see how much your shipping will cost before final checkout. Contact us if you wish to discuss free shipping options.

Can I get a discount for bulk purchases?

Why is my credit card being declined?

Unfortunately our bank only notifies us that the card has been declined.

You should contact your credit card provider. A credit card could be declined because:

  • The wrong card number was entered
  • The wrong billing address was entered
  • The spending limit has been exceeded
  • The wrong CVV number on the back of your card has been entered incorrectly
